This is the VS 2010 port of the tool that targets TFS 2008 build while running from within VS 2010 IDE.

- The web service and the tasks installer are still the same. You can pick them up from release 1.0.85.0.
- The tool only works against TFS 2008. For TFS 2010, there is built-in support for buddy builds and gated check-ins.
